Not completely satisfied?

We do, of course hope that you were satisfied with the service and care provided. However, if we have fallen short of your expectations, we would also like to hear from you and you can get in touch using the form below. If you would prefer to speak to someone in person, then please call the Clinic Reception on 020 7089 5360. We will try to resolve things informally with you, however if the situation cannot be satisfactorily resolved in this manner, then we would progress this to a formal complaint. Alternatively, if you feel that you would like to make a formal complaint, we will invite you to complete a complaints form which can be found here.
