Dan Brown, Clinic Team Leader, Clinic Tutor, Technique Tutor

Dan has been a clinic tutor at both the University College of Osteopathy & European School of Osteopathy for nearly 20 years teaching clinical skills to aspiring new osteopaths at Masters Level. He also teaches in a number of overseas institutions including schools in Poland and Japan.

He has carried out charity work around the world including parts of the Caribbean and Mauritius, where he has undertaken projects to improve the care of children with severe disabilities such as cerebral palsy.

Dan has a strong sporting background having formerly represented his country at track athletics. He is also commercially endorsed Yachtmaster Offshore Skipper and has completed 4 transatlantic passages. He is a keen swimmer enjoying competitive open sea and river events. Dan is married and a proud father of two children.

He believes that a breadth of life experience enhances the therapeutic relationship of his patients as well as bringing a wealth of knowledge to his students.

Dan runs a busy private practice in the coastal town of Whitstable (beautiful oysters) and is passionate and committed to making osteopathic care accessible and affordable to the local community.
