After working many years in IT Philipp decided to ditch keyboards and cables and move his professional interest to the healthcare sector. He pursued his long-held interest in manual therapy by training for a license as a non-medical practitioner in Germany. He graduated with a Masters of Osteopathic Medicine from the (then) British School of Osteopathy. During his study times there, he worked with patients at the various clinics such as General Clinic, Expectant Mothers Clinic, Manna Centre for the Homeless, the Blanchard Clinic for people living with HIV, as well as an NHS practice.
Philipp has a particular interest in working with people with age-related aches and pains and he is also trained in OSTEOMap, a mixed approach of Osteopathy and Mindfulness for patients in persistent pain.
